What if 'Batman' had been thunk up as a cheezy, Karl-looking character out of Caddyshack, who wore plaids, knickers, cape and mask, and was knowd as Putterman, responding to crimes in a souped up golf cart, and his sidekick was Caddo?
Do you think "The Divot Knight" would have a blockbuster premier?

I think someone is watching too much Batman at night on TV-Land.
TV Land? Heck, this was one of my favorite shows. It was on Tuesday and Thursday nights on ABC.
Plus, I was a huge fan of Batman in the comics, so it was a show I really looked forward to.

Just joking. I watched Batman faithfully back then too. I don't watch the reruns on TV Land though.
